Ben Shaool Construction, Inc. has been in business since 1995 and is the parent company of our other entities. We are a family owned and operated organization. We have constructed many of the homes, apartments, duplexes, and townhomes in Hagerstown and the surrounding areas.

Along with the construction of these, we currently operate as a property management company for Brookmeade Apartments, Cortland Apartments, Edgewood Apartments, Fountainview Apartments and Townhomes, Pangborn Townhomes, Progress Homes, Walnut Point Townhomes, Diane Lane, and Woodbridge Homes.
